Become a Professional Supervised Visitation Monitor
MANDATORY QUALIFICATION OF MONITORS:
1. You must be at least 21 years old.
2. Have a Livescan/Background check done or be registered with TrustLine.
3. No record of a conviction for driving under the influence (DUI) within the last five years.
4. Must not have been on probation or parole for the last 10 years.
5. No record of a conviction for child molestation, child abuse, or other crimes against a person.
6. Must have proof of automobile insurance if transporting the child(ten).
7. Have no civil, criminal, or juvenile restraining orders within the last 10 years.
8. Have no current or past court order in which the provider is the person being supervised.
9. Be able to speak the language of the party being supervised and of the child, or provider must provide a neutral interpreter over 18 years of age who is able to do so.
10. Agree to adhere to and enforce the court order regarding supervised visitation.
11. 24 hours of Professional Supervised Visitation Monitor Training and Child Abuse Mandated Reporting.
12. It is recommended that you take the Online Mandated Child Abuse Reporting Training and print you’re your certificate, prior to taking this course. Bring a copy of your certificate with you to class.

$399.00 Course $100.00 Deposit This is a two (2) day course. You must attend DAY 1 & DAY 2 to receive a certificate at the end of the class. PREREQUISITE: You MUST COMPLETE DAY 1 before you can take DAY 2. The 24 Hour Professional Supervised Visitation Provider Training, as mandated by the State of California Family Code 3200.5, requires that you complete a Live-scan Background check, and complete the mandated child abuse reporting training.
The Course includes: Standards 5.20 and Code of Ethics Family and Juvenile Law Basics Intake Interviews and Orientation Safety & Security Procedures Do`s and Don`ts of the Industry Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting Laws Child Development and Child Welfare Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse, Substance Abuse & Mental Illness Cultural Sensitivity, Working with Families of Various Backgrounds Terminating a Visit, Intervention and Terminating Services Working with Parents with Special Needs Reports to the Courts and Documentation Working with the Courts, Attorneys and Parents, Working with Law Enforcement.

We also offer one on one classes that is the most custom tailored class we offer, as we work with you and your schedule to complete the state mandated 24-hour course curriculum.
One on One Course Cost: $799
In addition to providing you with the education and resources needed to become a professional Supervised Visitation provider we also offer additional tools that can be purchased to facilitate, enhance and expedite your ability to start working. This would essentially be a comprehensive package that would encompass everything you need to be your own boss. The add-ons included: First-aid and CPR - Criminal background - Domain and Business Email setup - Website Builder Account -10 Hours Post Course Coaching.
This component allows for the student to receive additional coaching and mentoring as they maneuver through the process. This can include, but is not limited to assistance with website development, mentoring, assistance with and getting leads. This must be used within 30 days of the completion of the course.
